TWO Canadian teams competing on home soil, at the same venue, over the same weekend for the first time. Both men’s and women’s teams will be competing for World Rugby Sevens Series ranking points and Olympic qualification. The addition of the women's tournament brings 12 new teams to BC Place.

This year, Canada Sevens begins on Friday, March 3 with a late afternoon/evening session. Finish work and head straight to the stadium to kick start your HSBC Canada Sevens weekend!

North America's biggest and best fancy dress party is now three days straight! You’ll find Elvis, Storm Troopers, Sasquatches, pigs, Mexican wrestlers, The Fellowship, cowboys, Kiss, lumberjacks, avocados, angry birds, astronauts, Oompaloompers, grannies and everything in between!

You’ve never partied like this before.

Come early and take part in our fan activations on the Terry Fox Plaza, then continue the party inside with a Stanley Park beer or Yes Guy Hard Ice, our house DJ, live bands, contests, prizes and more!

Canada Sevens 2023 will be the first time ever Canada has hosted the world's top women's and men's 7s teams including Olympic Champions New Zealand (Women's) and Fiji (Men's). Rugby World Cup 7s champions, Australia (Women's) and Fiji (Men's). This year will also feature back-to-back women’s and men’s gold medal matches on Sunday evening!
